These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support our clients.AI Product Builders work closely with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership to identify repeatable challenges and opportunities across BCG's ways of working. They then design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions-agents, services, and workflows-that can be adopted broadly across practices, regions, and client contexts.This role blends product thinking, applied AI, and hands-on execution. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption by consulting teams, and tangible impact on delivery speed and quality.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an AI Product Builder within BCG's AI Factory (AIF), you will leverage exposure to real client workflows to break apart processes, identify leverage points, and rapidly develop and deploy AI solutions (including agents built using Claude Code and other leading AI tools) that accelerate delivery, improve quality, and unlock new ways of working. You will help turn successful solutions into reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators that scale across similar engagements and portfolios.All of this is done in service of BCG's One BCG mindset - bridging consulting judgment, technical execution, and long-term capability building.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Build AI-enabled products and assetsDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG's consulting offers and delivery processesTranslate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutionsEnsure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standardsImprove and reimagine consulting workflowsBreak down existing consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, or redesignExperiment with new AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and qualityRapidly iterate based on feedback, usage data, and evolving needsOperate with a product mindsetPartner with AI Factory product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisionsBalance speed of experimentation with robustness, security, and maintainabilityDocument patterns, approaches, and best practices to enable reuse and scalingCollaborate across the firmWork closely with front-line consultants and offering teams to understand real delivery challengesAct as a connector between product, technology, and consulting perspectivesContribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and broader BCG communityTHIS ROLE FAVORS DOERSThis role is best suited for people who ship.You have a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
