Director of B2B MarketingIndustry: iGamingLocation: Remote (Global)We’re partnering with a growing international iGaming business to hire a Director of B2B Marketing to lead and evolve their commercial marketing function.This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of marketing and revenue, focused on building pipeline, supporting deal conversion, and driving measurable commercial outcomes across global markets.The OpportunityThis role goes beyond traditional marketing.You’ll work closely with Business Development to turn marketing into a true revenue driver, shaping how the business generates leads, positions its offering, and converts opportunities into long-term partnerships.If you enjoy operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment where you can take ownership and directly influence growth, this will be a strong fit.What You’ll Be DoingPipeline & Lead GenerationPartner with BD to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of operators and partnersOptimise the full funnel from lead generation through to deal conversionDefine and track key commercial KPIs (leads, meetings, conversion rates)Events & Commercial ImpactOwn the strategy and execution of key industry eventsDrive pre-event outreach and meeting generationSupport on-site execution alongside BD teamsEnsure structured follow-up and measurable pipeline impact post-eventSales EnablementDevelop and refine commercial materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)Equip BD teams with the tools and messaging needed to close deals effectivelySupport localisation for key regionsProduct & Go-To-MarketShape clear, compelling value propositions for products and solutionsSupport launches with structured go-to-market strategiesEnsure messaging resonates with target operators and partnersMarket Strategy & PositioningSupport the development of market positioning and competitive differentiationIdentify key opportunities across priority regionsTranslate insights into actionable commercial initiativesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with commercial, product, and leadership teamsAct as a strategic partner to BD on key opportunities and initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in B2B marketing within iGamingProven track record of supporting pipeline growth and revenue generationSolid understanding of the commercial lifecycle (lead ? deal)Experience working with operators, suppliers, or aggregatorsHands-on involvement with major industry eventsCommercial mindset with a focus on results, not just brandConfident working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentFluent EnglishIf you’re a senior iGaming professional ready to take ownership of a commercial marketing function and directly impact revenue in a growing global business, get in touch.
