The company is committed to safety and continuous improvement in its day-to-day operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Box Truck Driver role based in Chattanooga, TN. The Box Truck Driver will safely operate company box trucks to transport customers’ belongings to and from residential and commercial locations. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading items with care, securing cargo properly, and following assigned routes and schedules. The driver will interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, provide basic assistance with move coordination on-site, and communicate any delays or issues to dispatch or management. The role also involves maintaining a clean vehicle, following all company safety procedures, and complying with applicable transportation regulations.QualificationsValid Medical Card and strong Box Truck and Truck Driving skills, with a clean and safe driving record.Knowledge of DOT Regulations and ability to follow all federal, state, and local transportation and safety requirements.Experience with loading, securing, and Unloading cargo, including the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items safely.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a professional and respectful demeanor on every job site.Ability to read and follow directions, maps, and GPS; strong time-management skills and reliability with schedules.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior moving or delivery experience is beneficial.Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, and to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
