The Porter Voice Collective (PVC) is a nonprofit advancing the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of porters and mountain workers in global trekking and tourism. We focus on gender equity, labor equity, and human rights .We're looking for a Fundraising & Grants Volunteer to help secure funding, expand programs, and amplify the voices of mountain workers.What You'll Do:Identify grants and funding opportunities aligned with our missionDraft compelling proposals, fundraising materials, and donor communicationsSupport strategic fundraising campaigns to grow our impactCollaborate to highlight the stories of porters and mountain workersWho You Are:Experienced in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or developmentSkilled in persuasive proposals and donor communicationsPassionate about equity, human rights, and ethical tourismExcited to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven nonprofit
