Commercial Litigation Attorney 💼 1500 Billable Hour Target Minimum ⌛ Up to $200K Base + Bonus 💰 Remote📍 I am currently working with a Litigation firm based in Atlanta who are actively seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines: The Firm 🏢 Lower than Average Billable hour target: Work in an environment with a lower than industry average Billable Hour requirement of 1500 - with a fully remote working schedule provided too! Variety of Litigation Matters: Inherit a caseload in a variety of Litigation matter; mostly in the Commercial space but with exposure to Employment and Insurance matters too – with trial opportunity possible too Multi-Millon Dollar Matters: Work on Multi-Millon Dollar Matters with minimal oversight – allowing you to run with cases and give you the opportunity to handle your caseload with full autonomy Growth & Development: Experience a culture that prioritizes both personal and professional growth - offering continuous learning, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, collaborative environment. The Role 💼 Complex Commercial Matters: Actively pursue two very large multi-million dollar commercial insurance cases involving business property, casualty, and business income loss Handle a variety of Litigation matters: Alongside handling Complex Commercial Matters, there will also be exposure to Wage and Hour Class Action Litigation, Business and Contract disputes, Defending against OSHA and other Government investigations Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction labor and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
