Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, VT for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring satisfaction with rental experiences, and resolving issues promptly. The representative will play a key role in fostering positive customer relationships, promoting services, and maintaining accurate records related to customer accounts and rentals.
