CNC OperatorShift: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available, Must be available to work some Saturday's.1st Shift 6am - 4:30pm Must be available for OT 12 hour shift2nd Shift 4:30pm - 6:00am Must be available for OT 12 hr shiftPay Rate: $30 (DOE Depending on Experience)Location: Carol Stream, ILJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Operator responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines to meet production and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines (Tornos experience a plus; Nakamura, Index, Euro-Tech, Citizen, Star, Miyano helpful)Produce parts according to work instructions and production requirementsInspect parts using precision measuring tools and document resultsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and tolerancesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaReport equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety incidentsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements3+ years of CNC setup and operation experienceAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&TExperience with inspection tools (micrometers, gauges, comparators, indicators)Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout shiftOccasionally lift up to 35 lbsAssociate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Departments Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov
