MVPT Physical Therapy - Front Desk Team Lead

MVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Team Lead to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it’s fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections.
