The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating installations, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting network issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless digital campaign execution.What You’ll DoMonitor quality assurance dashboards to ensure Salesforce fields are properly updated.Troubleshoot and resolve digital network issues independently.Prioritize tasks effectively and pivot quickly to address challenges.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical or operations team member.Create and complete daily checklists to maintain quality assurance standards.Participate in weekly and monthly check-ins with leadership to review progress, goals, and improvements.Act as a liaison between the technical and operations teams for troubleshooting and resolution.Provide support to the digital operations team during large-scale projects.Assist leadership on focused initiatives to drive business value and efficiency.What Sets You Apart2–4 years of experience in digital operations or related field.Bachelor’s degree required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a collaborative team mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Why MJH Life SciencesCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesEntrepreneurial, growth-oriented culture within a dynamic and fun environmentCompensation Range$40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
