UAV Integration technician

If you are interested in working in an extremely innovative and fast-paced environment, where your work directly makes an impact and ensures mission success in the field, this is a fantastic opportunity. What You'll DoAssemble and perform tests on UAVsPerform harness integration and electrical assembliesSupport field operations and maintenance protocolsPerform quality control on incoming materials and finished assembliesSupport production scaling and process improvementRequired Qualifications2-6+ years of hands-on experience in UAV, aerospace, robotics, Integration and full scale manufacturingStrong experience with mechanical assembly and electrical integrationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematicsExperience troubleshooting complex systems (mechanical and electrical)Willingness to travel and support field operations and flight testingStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAble to work independently and take ownership of tasksComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyFamiliarity with basic shop safety proceduresPreferred QualificationsExperience in MIG and TIG weldingFamiliarity with the use of 3D printersFamiliarity with the use of Torque drivers, Power supplies, Multimeters etc Experience machining on 3 and 5 axis machinesPart 107 certification
