The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by solving problems and keeping projects moving forward.If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make an immediate impact, grow professionally, and be part of a company that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production teams regarding project status, timelines, changes, and required informationGather and verify all job requirements with customers prior to production to ensure accuracyEnter detailed job specifications into internal systems and confirm proper scheduling within the production queueCoordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of projectsIdentify and resolve job-related issues by collaborating with internal departments and recommending effective solutionsTrack and reconcile final production runs to ensure accurate documentation for billing purposesParticipate in daily production meetings and contribute to continuous process improvementsMaintain and update customer accounts and job records with accurate, current informationCoordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams, as well as carriers, to expedite and track shipmentsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and Sales teamSkills and Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills1-3 years of experience in Customer ServiceExperience using Microsoft Office suite of products Experience in commercial printing a plus Must be fluent in English
