Area Sales Manager, Finland & Scandinavia
Do you enjoy owning your market, building lasting customer relationships and turning strategy into concrete results?You’ll take responsibility for aftermarket sales across Finland and Scandinavia, working with a strong brand and high-quality products in a truly international environment.Your key responsibilities:Growing aftermarket and upgrade sales across your territoryDeveloping long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs and end customersLeading and supporting distributor and dealer networks to improve market coverage and performanceIdentifying new business opportunities and analysing new prospects and business opportunities in key segmentsTranslating commercial strategy into clear actions, programs and measurable resultsAs the owner of your territory, you balance hands-on execution with a clear commercial direction ensuring results show in sustained sales growth, satisfied customers and long-term partnerships.What we’re looking for:Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in off-highway equipment or automotive aftermarketStrong technical understanding of heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket and customer needsA proven track record in achieving sales targets and building profitable businessExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, self-directed and customer-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel across the region (approx. 100 days/year)Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and EnglishWhat we offer:You’ll represent a respected international brand with quality products you can genuinely stand behind, working in a flat, hands-on organization where your contribution is visible and valued.
