This role is built for someone who thrives on complexity, owns their process end-to-end, and takes pride in solving the hard problems. As a Machinist III, you'll have full programming autonomy on complex parts - from concept to completion. You'll program, set up, optimize, and run multi-axis CNC's, pushing efficiency, accuracy, and process capability forward. You'll work with tight tolerances, advanced software, and state-of-the-art machines, constantly refining toolpaths, cycle times, and machining strategies. We don't rush.We don't cut corners.We do it right - every time. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and inspectors who respect your expertise and rely on your judgment. Just as important, you'll mentor and support other machinists, sharing knowledge, setting the standard, and helping raise the bar across the floor.
