Sales Pipeline Lead

About This RoleWe're hiring a Sales Pipeline Lead to own deal progression across our sales team. You'll monitor our Pipedrive pipeline daily, identify deals that need attention, and personally step in to move them forward whether that means calling prospects directly, joining AE calls, or coaching reps on next steps.The role sits across three sales squads. You're responsible for making sure qualified deals keep moving, follow-ups happen on time, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal trends.This is a hands-on, player-coach role not a reporting or analytics position. You'll be on the phone with prospects regularly and working closely with AEs to improve close rates.ResponsibilitiesMonitor Pipedrive daily across all sales squads and identify stalling or at-risk dealsPersonally re-engage prospects on stalled deals — call, email, or join AE demos to move things forwardHold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline hygieneReview deals approaching close to ensure they're scoped correctly and expectations are setCoordinate with the Solutions Expert to warm hesitant prospects through pre-close value demonstrationsCoach AEs on deal management, objection handling, and close technique in real timeDeliver weekly pipeline reports to leadership covering conversion rates, deal velocity, deals rescued, and fall-through patternsIdentify recurring issues in the pipeline and recommend process improvementsQualifications3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing dealsExperience in a player-coach, senior AE, or sales lead roleComfortable picking up the phone and talking to prospects dailyProficient with CRM tools — Pipedrive experience is a plusAble to read a pipeline and quickly identify what needs attentionStrong coaching instincts — you can debrief a lost deal and help an AE improveCollaborative and assertive — you hold people accountable without creating frictionBased in or willing to relocate to Manila, PhilippinesNice to HaveExperience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed servicesFamiliarity with Pipedrive reporting and automationsTrack record of improving pipeline conversion rates in a previous roleExperience working with US-based clients
