Capital Planning
Facility Management
Client Engineering
Technical Service Sustainability Operations (TSSO)
Project Delivery teams
Your focus will be ensuring projects are fully prepared for seamless migration into execution. You'll drive project readiness, maintain governance excellence, and ensure systems accuracy while providing critical stakeholder visibility throughout the project lifecycle. This position plays a pivotal role in:
Accelerating delivery timelines
Improving data integrity
Elevating the overall client experience
In this role, you'll empower cross-functional teams to work together more efficiently through:

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, project controls, or related roles within complex organizational environments
Strong proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience using project management systems such as Adaptive Work, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accuracy across multiple workstreams
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Proven track record of influencing and driving accountability across teams without direct authority, building collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals
Requirements
Experience supporting real estate, facilities, construction, engineering, or capital programs with understanding of project lifecycle stages
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms
Process improvement mindset with strong problem-solving ability and experience implementing operational enhancements that drive measurable results
