Genetec Security solutionsSecurity/NetworkSolid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, multicast/unicast, QoS, VPN, and firewall concepts Job Description/ Responsibilities • Hands-on expertise with Genetec Security solutions, including configuration, device onboarding, and operations at enterprise scale. • Experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV platforms (e.g., Software House C• CURE 9000, Victor Video) to Genetec, including cutover strategies and stakeholder coordination. • Experience executing system updates, patching, firmware upgrades, device onboarding, integrations between Security systems and other components. • Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills; proficiency with SQL, PowerShell, and at least one additional scripting language (e.g., Python) for automation and API integrations. • Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, multicast/unicast, QoS, VPN, and firewall concepts; experience collaborating with network teams to design resilient architectures. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; comfortable driving outcomes across business and technology partners.
