How We'll Measure & Support Your Success Resolution Rate: Achieve first-contact resolution on 90% of calls.Mitigating Cancelations: Work with customers wanting to cancel scheduled work.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering "world-class" service.Process & Data Accuracy: 100% accurate documentation and processing. Job Requirements: Administrative experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong data entry skillsPositive Attitude and likes to laugh!Team player who can also work independentlyGeneral computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office productsTyping skills are a mustAvailable to work alternating weekly schedules, including some weekends and overtime.
