This position is highly focused on accelerating lease velocity, converting leads into residents, and creating an exceptional first impression that sets the tone for long-term resident satisfaction.This role requires a strong sales mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand lease-up environment. You will contribute directly to achieving stabilization goals by executing strategic leasing efforts, maintaining a high-energy presence on-site, and consistently delivering a best-in-class prospect and resident experience.You will collaborate closely with property management, marketing partners, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong lead generation, and seamless execution of the leasing process.
