(Full Time Position) This position has an opportunity to work into a Production Managers Role
We are seeking an individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow. Every project we work on is unique. We have had an increase in business year after year of 50 – 100%. You will not only be responsible to craft our unique construction projects, but also to support our training and inspection efforts. You must be able to work in the field with all aspects of our project details. This includes proactive collaboration with the Architectural and Construction staff to avoid challenges and conclude with the highest craftsman standards of finish work. Some of your work may include shop time and working between multiple projects. Directing and supervision of others pertaining to your daily crafts.

Qualifications
Technical School, Bachelor’s Degree, or Proven Experience
10 yrs experience in a similar Craftsman role
Previous experience supervising, quality control, training others
Must show the ability to perform high level craftsmanship and building techniques
Demonstrate the ability to be creative, timely, detailed, and work within the budgets
Strong calculation, layout, planning, and organizational skills
The ability to work within a small family-owned company environment and with other piers
Other
Must have your own transportation (truck preferred) for use during work hours

Pay and Benefits Annual Estimate
Hourly $30 - $32 per hour (Starting Pay)
Bonus / Commission Estimated (Yr 1) $6000 - $7,500
