Manufacturing Technician I (2nd Shift) Shift: 2nd Shift M-F 3pm-11pm Had many prebuilt units. Leadership wants to build out 2nd shift. Able to test and troubleshoot process failures by coordinating with team lead and engineering. Ability to properly collect and store vital information in database system and instrument records. Helps develop processes and procedures for Manufacturing Procedure. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Test calibrates and repairs production machines and related subassemblies to written and oral specifications in a timely fashion. Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards. Ensures quality and operation of work. Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines. Timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document results. Ensure that design, implementation, test and maintenance methods and or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner which supports all company's quality standards. Perform other duties as required
