Full Stack Software Engineer Intern This is a 3-month, learning-focused internship (unpaid) that provides exposure to full stack development concepts, tools, and workflows. The program is designed to align with academic learning objectives.Interns will work under close supervision and contribute to training projects and non-production environments. Learning ObjectivesUnderstand modern web application architecture (frontend, backend, APIs)Gain familiarity with development frameworks such as React and backend servicesGain experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including testing and code reviewsDevelop problem-solving skills through guided technical exercisesGain exposure to collaborative development workflows and toolKey Activities (Training-Focused)Participate in guided coding exercises and sample projects designed for learning purposesShadow engineers to understand how production systems are designed and maintainedAssist in non-critical, supervised tasks in development or testing environmentsPractice building frontend components and backend services in sandbox environmentsObserve and participate in code reviews as a learning exerciseAttend team meetings, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessionsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldBasic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React)Exposure to backend concepts (APIs, databases)Strong interest in learning and developing technical skillsGood communication and a collaborative mindsetPreferred (Optional Exposure Areas)Awareness of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)Familiarity with Git/version controlExposure to containers or CI/CD conceptsInterest in mobile development, LLMs, BlockchainMentorship & Supervision Interns will receive:Regular mentorship from experienced engineersStructured check-ins and feedback sessions
