The ideal candidate is experienced in perioperative nursing, maintains a sterile environment, and delivers safe, high-quality patient care in the OR setting. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.Key Requirements✔Active New York State RN license✔Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing✔Minimum 2+ years of RN experience required✔BLS certification required✔ACLS preferred✔Must be able to work rotating shifts and on-call scheduleExperience & Skills✔Recent Operating Room experience strongly preferred✔Candidates without recent OR experience must complete and pass the✔AORN Perioperative 101 Program (6 months) as a condition of employment✔Knowledge of aseptic technique and sterile field maintenance✔Experience with surgical instrumentation and OR equipment✔Ability to recognize and respond to safety risks and patient needs✔Basic understanding of lethal dysrhythmia interpretation✔Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsReady for your next travel assignment?
