Responsible for making decisions related to all logistics designs and its applicability to customer requestsResponsible for the development and management of an appropriate project plan to start-up new accounts as well as responsible for managing start-up operations, design, training and technology. Determination of material handling requirementsResponsible for external and internal customer's satisfaction requirements. Interacts constantly with the RDL technology committees to ensure that the technologies effectively support the customers without adding costs greater than value. Manages 1-2 projectsDevelops and enhances an implementation methodology which can be used as a template across various industries/countriesCoaches and counsels employees on performance, sets performance standards, recommends pay actions and responsible for other HR actions.
