Draft Requests for Proposals, Information, Submittal Transmittals & Daily Logs. Prep quantity take off sheets using OST software. Ensure prjct compliance w/ building & safety codes & environmental laws. Implement quality control prgrms. Prep budget estimates & progress reports. Manage prjct Buyouts, Bid leveling of proposals, & Value Engineering.
