Incident commander
We are looking for an experienced Incident Commander to lead real-time Major Incident Management for Webex/Spark services in a fast-paced enterprise environment.đ Location: Texasđ¤ Background Check & Meet-and-Greet: Mandatoryđš Key Responsibilities:⢠Lead Major Incident (IM) and Problem Management (PM) activities end-to-end⢠Manage incident bridges and drive resolution across cross-functional teams⢠Coordinate with engineering, platform, cloud, and network teams to restore services within SLA⢠Provide executive-level incident communication, status updates, and RCA summaries⢠Utilize ServiceNow for incident/problem tracking and governance⢠Perform technical triage across Cloud, Kubernetes, VMware, Linux, and Networking environments⢠Drive continuous improvement in operational readiness and incident workflowsâ
Mandatory Skills:⢠Strong experience in Incident & Problem Management⢠Excellent bridge handling and stakeholder communication skills⢠Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools⢠Working knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, VMware, Linux, and Networkingâ Nice to Have:⢠ITIL Certification⢠Experience with ElasticStack, Kibana, Grafana⢠Familiarity with JIRA, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, and monitoring tools
