Recruiter (Bridgewater)

Job Summary: To provide full life cycle recruiting support in a fast paced environment. This individual will maintain a high volume of open requisitions and be required to provide quality candidates in a timely fashion. The ability to source independent of agency use may be required so familiarity with various job boards is necessary. In addition, this role will require the Recruiter to be proactive and creative in their talent search methods resulting in delivering a diverse slate of candidates to their clients.Responsibilities:v Manage full life cycle recruiting process from time a position is open until the candidate is hiredv Manage entire interview process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks and selection of quality candidates for respective client groupsv Manage the prompt follow-up with hiring manager and all candidatesv Provide sound recommendations to hiring managers to ensure quality selection of talentv Collaborate effectively with HR Generalists to achieve the business objectives and create consistency between HR and the businessv Manage recruiting costs efficiently and effectivelyv Maintain accurate requisition reports and documentation of candidate tracking in the ATSv Assist in management and evaluation of vendors, reports and diversity initiatives for the entire business unitv Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, internal and external candidates, and external recruiting sourcesv Maintain applicant tracking systemv Work on a variety of projects as necessaryQualifications:v B.S./B.A. in related disciplinev 5+ years experience in a high-volume recruiting environmentv Experience driving a full life cycle process requiredv Exposure to employment tracking systemsv Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, results-oriented and tacticalv Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, listening)v Superior attention to detailv Superior organizational skillsv Ability to interact with senior managementv Ability to handle stressful, uncertain and/or confidential situations with ease and professionalismv Ability to multi-task and be proactive
