Its operations emphasize delivering accessible financial solutions through multiple channels.About the OpportunityThe Internal Audit Rotational Analyst Program is a 12-month development program designed for recent graduates seeking broad exposure to internal audit. The program combines foundational training with hands-on audit projects across multiple teams, providing participants with experience in financial accounting, finance, risk management, compliance, technology, and business operations. Participants also gain networking opportunities with senior management and internal audit professionals while contributing to risk management and process improvement initiatives.Responsibilities• Participate in audit projects across multiple internal audit teams.• Complete foundational training in financial accounting, finance theory, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, presentations, and business writing.• Gain hands-on experience across areas including Asset Management, Capital Markets Audit, Compliance Audit, Deposits & Fraud Audit, Payments Audit, Lending Audit, Risk Management & Governance Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Testing, Technology Audit, and AML/BSA.• Network with senior management and internal audit professionals.• Support recommendations for process improvements and risk management initiatives.Requirements• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027.• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related business field.• Minimum 3.0 GPA.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Relevant work or internship experience.• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities or other experiences.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Annual salary of $70,000.• $5,000 sign-on bonus.Benefits & Perks• Flexible work options with a priority on in-office presence.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
