The organization is known for its competitive, high-accountability culture, strong growth trajectory, and commitment to rewarding top field performers.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projectsMaintain project schedule, site logistics planning, and daily work sequencingEnforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full regulatory complianceManage subcontractors, trade coordination, inspections, and daily manpowerCoordinate installation of complex MEP and healthcare-specific systemsLead infection control, interim life safety measures (ILSM), and hospital-compliance protocolsConduct daily reporting and maintain accurate site documentationCollaborate closely with project managers, design partners, and owner repsSolve field issues proactively and communicate impacts to project leadershipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful South East Traveling Superintendent should have:10+ years of Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experienceProven background in healthcare construction (hospitals, medical office, surgical centers, imaging, etc.)Strong understanding of MEP systems and healthcare-specific requirementsExperience with ICRA, ILSM, AHCA/DOH standards, or similar compliance frameworks preferredFull-time travel required (typically Monday-Friday; home every ~2 weeks)Demonstrated ability to lead field teams on technical or complex projectsDesign-Build experience a plusPreference for candidates with top ENR contractor experienceHardworking, detail-oriented, and aligned with a high-accountability field cultureWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from USD 120.000 to USD 160.000 annually.$850/month car allowanceAnnual bonus target of 25% (uncapped performance structure)Per diem provided for all travelFull benefits packageContactLucía CandanedoQuote job ref
