Piping Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction (Travel Required)We are seeking an experienced Piping Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial piping projects with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability. This role is based out of our Archdale, NC office, with travel required to active projects in the Raleigh and Charlotte markets.The ideal candidate has a strong background in piping systems within large-scale commercial or industrial buildings and is comfortable managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field coordination, procurement, and client relationships while ensuring successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage full lifecycle piping projects (commercial/industrial)Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost controlCoordinate field operations, subcontractors, and materialsEnsure safety, quality, and code complianceMaintain strong client and stakeholder communicationRequirements:Proven piping/project management experienceWillingness to travel to job sites in Raleigh/CharlotteStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyThis is a great opportunity for a driven PM looking for long-term growth in a stable, high-performing mechanical contractor.
