Linux Software Developer
Overview
In this role you will develop and maintain Linux software that supports naval weapons and combat systems. You will join the CPES-focused team supporting NSWCDD initiatives, delivering baseline developments and tactical solutions. You will work on secure, network-enabled software that integrates with weapon system elements and domain engineering. This position offers a chance to contribute to critical defense capabilities while expanding your Rust and C/C++ skills in a mission-driven environment.

Key requirementsAbility to obtain a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required)Bachelor’s Degree in related technical fieldRust programmer preferredC/C++ programming experience in lieu of Rust okWillingness to learn Rust if C/C++ programmerNetwork/socket programming experience (TCP/UDP/server/client)Experience using version control systems, preferably GITRustC/C++Network programming (TCP/UDP)Git
