You will: Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches Collaborate Across Disciplines Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery Ensure Continuity of Care Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation What We’re Looking For Education & Licensure Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active LSW and documented group therapy experience OR Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Required / Preferred Licensure LCDC I, LCDC II, or LCDC III Additional Qualifications Current, unencumbered Ohio clinical license Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred Must be 21 years of age or older
