In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products developed on the Salesforce platform. You will perform functional, end-to-end (E2E), and smoke testing across all system personas, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate software solutions and elevate the overall user experience.Execute Comprehensive Testing: Conduct functional, E2E, and smoke testing of Salesforce-developed products, ensuring robust quality across all system personas (e.g., admin, end user, manager).Develop & Maintain Test Cases: Design, document, and continually update test cases and scripts based on product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects; work collaboratively with development teams for prompt resolution.Test Planning: Collaborate in the creation of test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs.Automation Awareness: If applicable, contribute to or leverage automated testing frameworks to optimize testing cycles.Regression Testing: Ensure existing functionality remains unaffected after new releases or updates.Documentation: Maintain detailed, up-to-date testing documentation and test result reports.The TeamDeloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
