CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.The Senior Leader of Business Development – Networks & Cable is responsible for driving long-term, strategic growth across Tier-1 cable operators, network providers, data centers, OEMs and hyperscale cloud ecosystems. This role requires a proven senior leader who brings deep industry experience and the ability to help creatively design, develop and communicate strategic solutions based on prior, successful business development cycles at large, complex organizations.This leader will leverage firsthand experience from senior-level roles at organizations in the OEMs, MSO, data center, telecommunications space and the ability to influence executive stakeholders, shape go-to-market strategies, and position the company as a strategic, value-driven partner.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the Business Development strategy for the CTDI Networks & Cable Business Unit, which includes MSOs, Telecommunications Carriers, OEMs, and Data Center services providersEstablish and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior leaders at Tier-1 customers and partnersTranslate prior proven implementations into scalable, repeatable solutions tailored to customer needsIdentify and develop strategic growth opportunities across network infrastructure, broadband, data center services, and cloud-adjacent offeringsServe as executive sponsor for complex pursuits including large RFPs, multi-year agreements, and strategic partnershipsDrive solution-based selling by aligning internal capabilities with customer challenges and long-term roadmapsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to ensure executable, differentiated solutionsProvide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadershipInfluence internal investment decisions by clearly articulating ROI, risk, and growth potentialRepresent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic partner engagementsWhat Success Looks LikeSustained growth through strategic, multi-year relationships with Tier-1 network and cable customersExpansion driven by differentiated solutions rather than transactional engagementsExecutive credibility with customers rooted in lived experience and proven resultsClear linkage between strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomesStrong internal alignment on where to invest, where to compete, and where to disengageRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior Business Development, Strategy, or Commercial leadership rolesDirect experience with MSO, Tier-1 network providers, cable companies, OEM or hyperscale suppliersDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic solutions based on prior proven implementationsExperience operating at the executive level within large, complex organizationsDeep understanding of cable, network infrastructure, broadband, cloud, and hyperscale ecosystemsProven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externallyStrong commercial acumen with experience structuring complex deals and partnershipsExceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive presencePreferred QualificationsExperience leading or sponsoring multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreementsBackground in network services, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or supply chain solutionsMBA or advanced technical/business degreeEstablished industry relationships within the Networks & Cable ecosystemYou will love working in our family-oriented company!
