Job DescriptionThe Lead Estimator will be responsible for: Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Analysing project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to align estimates with project goals and budgets. Sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Developing and maintaining a database of cost information for future reference and project planning. Providing value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Monitoring and updating estimates as project requirements evolve or change. Assisting in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
