You'll design and guide structural engineering projects, work directly with clients and internal teams, and help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing engineering companies in the region highly specialized in processing facility design and energy engineering.If you're ready to move beyond being another engineer on a project and into a role where your technical expertise and leadership directly influence company growth, we'd love to talk with you.What You'll DoAs the lead or senior Structural Engineer, you'll oversee structural engineering design projects while leading and mentoring the structural engineering team.Your responsibilities will include:Provide structural calculations, engineering and design for process facilities, oil and gas and energy projects from concept through constructionPerform structural analysis and design for industrial steel and concrete structuresDesign industrial buildings and structural systems using RISA, STAAD, and other engineering softwareReview and approve engineering calculations, construction documents, shop drawings, and technical reportsProvide Revit 3D model and/or AutoCAD 2D drawings and review and approve shop/fabrication drawingsCoordinate with clients, contractors, fabricators, and internal and external multidisciplinary engineering teams.Estimate engineering hours and prepare proposals for structural projects.Conduct field investigations and site visits to collect and evaluate existing structures and support new facility designsEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and engineering best practicesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of structural engineering design experience in process facilities, energy10+ years of field experience involving industrial facilities and structural systemsExperience leading and managing project executionStrong experience designing industrial steel and concrete structuresProficiency with RISA, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD and structural detailingStrong understanding of building codes, structural design standards, and industrial facility constructionExperience in processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial facilities is highly preferredLocationsTulsa, OklahomaFayetteville, ArkansasRelocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
