Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper (Bilingual English & Chinese)

From superfoods to vitamins, we offer pure, high-quality ingredients trusted by over ten million health-conscious consumers.As a Top 10 seller on Amazon and TikTok in the U.S., we’re driven by innovation, transparency, and the power of storytelling—and we’re looking for creative minds to help us take the brand to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Record, verify, and post financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and credit card transactions.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and support document management.Collaborate with team members and management to support audits and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage high volumes of transactions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks required.General computer literacy and comfort with accounting software and data entry.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).Bilingual in English and Chinese (Required).Salary and Benefits$60K - $65K yearly base salary plus performance-based bonusHealth benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, paid sick leave, and holidaysFree office snacks and drinksPay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus bonus incentives.
