Responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring production equipmentLoading materials and supporting machine operationsPerforming quality checks and inspectionsUsing measuring tools such as micrometers and calipersAssisting with machine setup and adjustmentsFollowing safety, quality, and production standardsWorking as part of a team to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.Preferred qualifications include:Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experienceBasic computer skillsMechanical aptitude and a willingness to learnExperience with forklifts, overhead cranes, micrometers, or calipers is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.
