Building on our history of innovation in patient care, scientific discovery and collaboration we improve cardiovascular care for all, while continuously training the next generation of providers.Chief Purpose of this positionThe Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Non‑Invasive Cardiologist to provide clinical care. This position focuses on the prevention, early detection, and management of cardiovascular disease along with supporting our academic mission in research and education. Be part of a nationally recognized academic medical center while collaborating with a dynamic team of cardiologists, researchers, and educators. The incumbent will have access to state‑of‑the‑art facilities and innovation in preventive cardiology.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTeaching: Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows.Research: To support clinical research protocols as needed.Service: Will be expected to participate in quality, safety and efficiency initiatives.Clinical: Will primarily be dedicated to cardiovascular preventative services.Other (for instance administrative duties, etc.): Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical care and submission of billing in accordance with organizational policies.
