Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) T2H | HybridNon-Profit company in San Jose is looking for a Temp to Hire HRBP with strong knowledge of Employee Relations to join their team, this is a Hybrid position 2 days in office and 3 days from Home. Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm. Salary up to $110k depending on experience.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree (required) 5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP roles Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, and employment regulations Experience supporting managers and influencing team culture Team-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitudeRole Overview The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to regional leadership, supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. This role provides hands-on guidance in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance.
