We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Associate to assist with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality meals. This is a full-time position with first shift hours of 7am-3pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the Executive Chef Ensure all ingredients are properly cleaned, prepped, and stored in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring all stock is rotated and stored correctly Follow kitchen sanitation procedures, including washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen tools Help with plating and assembling dishes to ensure they meet quality standards Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall kitchen operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Food provided Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift No weekends Ability to Commute: Milton, WI 53563 (Required) Work Location: In person
