Program Director – QCC & E2E TestingPlano, TX 75024FulltimeJob Description:We are looking for a Program Director – QCC & E2E Testing to lead large-scale Quality Engineering, Compliance & Controls, and End-to-End Testing programs across enterprise transformation initiatives.Mandatory Skills:Deep understanding of Quality Engineering, E2E Testing, Test Governance, and ControlsStrong experience with Agile / SAFe delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation strategiesPrior experience in P&C Insurance and Guidewire is mandatoryExperience managing large global testing programs and multi-vendor environmentsExpertise in release management, test strategy, compliance, and executive stakeholder managementKey Responsibilities:Lead QCC & E2E testing strategy, governance, and deliveryDrive release readiness, risk management, and production sign-offsManage cross-functional teams across onsite/offshore modelsPartner with Product, Engineering, Release, and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery
