Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase value propositions Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales potential Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts and brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Experience Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong skills in management, account management, and business development within a technical or product-driven environment Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or direct sales environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and upsell effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive spirit fuels growth!
