As a Caregiver Coach, your primary responsibilities will include training, mentoring, and supporting caregiving staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will conduct regular check-ins to address caregiver needs, provide feedback to improve caregiving skills, and develop personalized care plans for clients. This role involves managing performance evaluations, facilitating communication between caregivers and management, and creating an empowering and motivating environment for caregivers to thrive.QualificationsExperience in caregiving, coaching, and mentorship roles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to create and implement effective training and development plans for caregivers.Organizational and problem-solving skills to address caregiving challenges and improve work efficiency.Proficient in maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with both caregivers and clients in need of assistance.Experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting is highly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare are a plus.
