Read our Yelp and Google reviews to see the meaningful results our patients achieve. Role DescriptionUnder the leadership of the Director of Physical Therapy, the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) plays a key role in supporting patient recovery and optimizing physical performance by delivering customized and compassionate patient care. The PTA is responsible for administering prescribed treatments and exercises, documenting patient progress, and assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. The PTA must demonstrate professionalism, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to all safety and compliance standards while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and patient-focused professional who motivates and empowers individuals to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. QualificationsGraduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant schoolActive California PT License (or recent grads nearing licensure)Strong knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Anatomy and Exercise ScienceExperience with Patient CareAbility to develop customized treatment plans and evaluate patient progress effectivelyExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsCompassionate and patient-focused approach to careCurrent CPR/First Aid Certification.
