What You'll Be Doing Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel Assemble and tack weld exhaust systems and components Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks to expand your skill set Support fabrication using equipment such as: Brake press Shear Roller What We're Looking For Required Hands-on MIG welding experience (school, farm, hobby, or professional) Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes Nice to Have Plasma cutting or wire-feed welding experience Familiarity with tape measures and other measuring tools Experience with fabrication equipment or general shop tools Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
