Responsibilities Residential and move-out cleaning Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed work Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists Working independently or as part of a small team What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual (very important) Strong attention to detail Physically able to clean for extended periods Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists Positive attitude and willingness to learn Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
