Litigation Paralegal

Are you a skilled litigation paralegal with experience in personal injury cases? At our firm, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients who have been harmed obtain the justice they deserve. From managing cases to preparing closing statements, your work will directly contribute to meaningful outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and closing statements
Maintain and organize medical records, deposition transcripts, and expert reports
Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial calendars
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
Track deadlines and manage case files in our case management system
Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Personal injury litigation experience is required. Medical malpractice experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial preparation
Experience maintaining and organizing large volumes of medical and legal records
Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of Litify is a plus.
