Do you have proven ability to produce quality output with a “can do” attitude? We are seeking a Fabrication Manager to oversee our Fabrication operations.The Fabrication Manager will direct our day-to-day Fabrication production operations, taking on duties that encompass production, scheduling and supervision.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all Fabrication OperationsEstablish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedulesImplement measures to improve work methods and working conditionsCoordinate with sales team on project details and timelineTrack productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiencyMonitor and supervise production quality, and inspection of products. Identify problems and resolve them quickly and effectivelyManage Receiving and Shipping Departments Train/Mentor Fabrication team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development Coordinate and manage logisticsPlan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flowApproval of all material purchasesCreate and submit all work orders, manifests, and purchase ordersResponsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouseEnforce company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent4+ years’ experience working in a similar manufacturing environment1+ years’ experience supervising a team Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularlyAbility to maintain work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidaysSalary commensurate with experience: $80,000-$85,000 annually.The company is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for individuals with physical limitations or disabilities.
