Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associates (Union with great benefits)Hourly Pay to start: $23.00/hour720 hours: $23.47/hr1440 hours: $23.95/hr8320 hours: $27.50/hrShifts Available: 2nd shift 2:30PM-1:00AM Mon-Thurs + Optional OT!Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders, blueprints, and written instructionsMeasure, cut, and assemble metal and component parts using hand tools and measuring devicesAccurately read tape measures daily to ensure parts meet exact specificationsUse power drills and hand tools to fasten metal brackets and components with screwsInspect completed assemblies to verify quality and accuracyMaintain consistent production output and meet standard time expectationsFollow all safety procedures and quality guidelinesKeep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standardsCommunicate any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality to supervisorsQualifications & SkillsAbility to read and understand tape measures accurately (required)Basic experience using hand tools and power tools such as drillsAbility to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityWork EnvironmentManufacturing and assembly floor settingExposure to machinery, tools, and moving partsLoud environment depending on what department you are working in!PPE required as designated (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)Apply Now - Receive a call within 24 hours!Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47860.00 - $47860.00/yr.Great union benefits.
