Hybrid PositionJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support modernization, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives for the Health Provider Administration (HPA) system. The ideal candidate will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support.Key Responsibilities IncludeGathering and analyzing business requirements with stakeholdersParticipating in technical design and solution planning sessionsCreating technical specifications and system documentationDesigning, coding, testing, and implementing software modules using PowerBuilder and .NET technologiesDeveloping and maintaining databases, tables, triggers, stored procedures, and SQL queriesPerforming unit, system, and stress testing activitiesReviewing code and test results of development team membersSupporting helpdesk requests, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancementsCollaborating with project teams in environments following formal project management methodologiesRequired Experience7+ years of experience writing PowerBuilder code4+ years of experience with C# / .NET development4+ years of experience with database development including SQL, triggers, stored procedures, and table design5+ years of experience gathering requirements and creating technical design documentation5+ years of experience working on projects following Project Management methodologiesEnvironmentSybase ASE 16, Transact-SQL, PowerBuilder 2022 R3.NET, MSSQL, FileNet, Microsoft Office SuiteWindows and Unix server environments
